Attach the injector needle firmly, careful not to over-tighten.

Pull the plunger back to draw in the marinade.

Insert the needle into the deepest part of the meat, away from the bone.

For thin cuts, inject from the side.

Clean the injector in warm, soapy water.

Rinse and dry thoroughly before storing.
