Shipping

Australia-Wide Shipping

Shipping available Australia-wide for items under 22kg. Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination via Australia Post.

Large Item Delivery

Geelong / Bellarine / Torquay Area

For large items over 22kg (smokers, pizza ovens, etc.), contact us to arrange local delivery in the Geelong, Bellarine, and Torquay area.

Local Pickup

Pickup from 39 Wattlepark Ave, Moolap VIC 3217

Available Saturday mornings by appointment.

Order by Thursday 5pm for Saturday pickup.

Fresh Meat & Perishables

Fresh meat products are available for local pickup only to maintain cold-chain integrity. These items cannot be shipped. You'll see a "Pickup Only" label on applicable products.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Saturday pickup orders: Place your order by Thursday 5pm. We'll confirm your pickup time via email.

Delivery orders: We'll be in touch to arrange a delivery time.

Do you ship interstate?

Yes! Items under 22kg can be shipped Australia-wide via Australia Post. Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Can I get urgent delivery?

For urgent local orders, contact us directly to arrange a pickup time outside of the regular Saturday window.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Can I change my order after placing it?

If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate changes.
