Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. An order is confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed.
Payments are processed securely through Square. By completing a purchase, you agree to Square's terms of service and privacy policy. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.
Orders may be collected via local pickup or delivered depending on the product type. Fresh meat and perishable items are available for local pickup only.

If your order arrives damaged or is not as described, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Due to the nature of perishable goods, fresh meat products cannot be returned once collected. Non-perishable items may be returned in their original, unused condition within 14 days of purchase.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by these terms.
